In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, this application is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any form of express or implied warranty, including but not limited to warranties regarding the application’s error-free performance, security and uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, as well as loss of profits or data, arising from the use or inability to use this application.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of this Agreement.
We may modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website. By continuing to use the App after such changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Agreement.
